$275 for a 50-minute session

Calm at Your Surgery program

$1200

You will receive:

Three, (50 minute) sessions before your scheduled surgery.

One, (50 minute) sessions after your surgery.

 

I offer an initial (free) 15 minute phone consultation  so feel free to email me at lpedersen@tccmh.com to arrange.  Payment is due at the time of service via credit card which will be kept on file (securely).  

 

insurance:
For my private practice, I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not accept insurance for payment. You can receive a super bill to  submit to your insurance company in order to see if you are eligible for any possible reimbursement. and will have to contact your insurance provider to ask about your coverage benefits.
Think about asking any of the questions below to your insurance
provider:

• Are mental health benefits included in the insurance plan I have?
• Do I have any kind of deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Is there any kind of limit as to how many sessions per calendar
year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Is it necessary for me to seek preliminary authorization from my
primary care physician in order for mental health services to be
covered?

At this time, I work with adults under the age of 65.

If you are 65 or older, I recommend seeking a provider who is able to work within Medicare guidelines to ensure your care is covered appropriately.

"In addition to my private practice, I work with Octave Behavioral Health. At Octave, I am in-network with [Aetna/Anthem/Health Net & MHN] insurance(s). If you have coverage under one of these plans, please visit findoctave.com to schedule an appointment." Please know that these slots often fill up!

cancellation policy:
Please know that there have been specific dates & times reserved  specifically for you so if there is a need to cancel a session, please be sure to do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session in full.​
